The board of trustees is made up of a group of volunteers who are responsible for policy, strategic planning, fundraising and the distribution of funds. To strengthen the partnership between the foundation and the school, two members of the School Board of Education and the district’s superintendent hold seats on foundation board. Members of the board are expected to attend monthly meetings, which are typically held the third Wednesday of every month during the school year, and special events such as the annual meeting and Wild for Orange fundraiser.
