The board of directors is made up of a group of volunteers who are responsible for policy, strategic planning, fundraising and the distribution of funds. To strengthen the partnership between the foundation and the school, two members of the School Board of Education and the district’s superintendent hold seats on foundation board. Members of the board are expected to attend  meetings four times per year, which are typically held on Wednesday evenings during the school year, and special events such as the annual meeting and Wild for Orange fundraiser.
